About me

For over 30 years I worked in the entertainment industry – as managing partner of music publishers and labels, and as an agent and manager in music and television. I worked alongside global stars, discovered, developed and nurtured talent – and shaped many careers for the long term. To me, “management” always meant 360-degree support: thinking about the person and the career together. Today I bring that instinct into my coaching.
