Constellation Work
Some matters cannot be thought through – they have to be experienced.
Systemic constellation work according to SYNAMIK™ makes exactly this possible: it brings what you already know into your body. Concerns on a professional, personal or organisational level are not analysed – they are made visible and tangible. Through bodily states, feelings and impulses, we dive deep into the various aspects of a topic – with no prior knowledge, no pressure and great openness.
What emerges is not theory. It is genuine, lived insight.
A constellation can take place in an individual setting (client and coach), in groups or teams, and also online. In a brief preliminary conversation we clarify the topic and, through targeted questions, identify the aspects that matter for the constellation. Whether a group or individual constellation – in both cases a different perspective on the problem and its possible solutions emerges. Interpersonal connections are clarified, uncertainties dissolve, and new paths reveal themselves.
