Systemic Archery™
The bow does not lie.
In letting go, you hit the mark.
In the moment you shoot, you are entirely yourself – with everything you carry. Posture, alignment, breath, letting go. No hiding, no analysing. Just you and what is. For me, Systemic Archery™ is the logical evolution of my constellation work: what was experienced in the room becomes anchored here in movement. Insight turns into lived experience – in the body, not just in the head.
This is not a sport. This is coaching with the whole body.
The courses take place, among other places, in the beautiful ballroom of the Walzerlinksgestrickt dance school in Berlin-Tempelhof. Throughout the year we offer various formats and seminars for companies, organisations, teams and individuals. More on Systemic Archery™ at bogenakademie.de.
